When adapting or creating evaluation tools, be sure to ask
some open-ended questions to get good clientele testimonies for your success
stories. Examples of good open ended questions include:
- What is the most important thing you learned through ________ (program name)?
- How do you plan on using what you learned today/through this program?
- How can what you learned help you in the future?
