This workshop is open to all landowners, farmers, hunters, trappers of wild hogs, as well as other animal industry and government officials.  The workshop is being provided at no cost to the public, and supper will also be provided.

Guest Speakers:

  • J.C. Griffin, USDA/APHIS Wildlife Services

  • Pam Hunter, DVM Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services/Animal Industry

Topics to be discussed include:

  1. History of feral swine in the region

  2. Feral swine control

  3. Economic impact of feral swine at the state and national level
