We have had a blast the past three days with the NACAA families! For our final adventure we went to the Cox Science Center and Aquarium where families got to learn about energy, hurricanes, planets, and fresh and saltwater ecosystems.  We may have thrown some mini golf in there as well.

The afternoon took us to the Rapids Water Park where the families got to enjoy some great weather and cool off in the lazy river. Some of the kids were daring enough to attempt the Big Thunder water slide, where riders got on a 4-person raft, which rocketed through dark tunnels before a 45 degree drop at 20 mph speeds. Screams may have ensued.

We have really enjouyed the kids and families the last few days, meeting new people and making new friends. We will be setting up a page with all the family pictures that have been taken and will email it out to the families as soon as it is finalized in the next few days.

On behalf of the Florida 2022 NACAA AMPIC Sons and Daughter committee, we would like to thank all the families for attending and we wish you all safe travels home!
