Walton County Extension will host a Goat and Sheep Management Workshop on Thursday, June 8th. The event will begin at 2:00PM, at the Walton County Extension Office, 732 N 9th St., DeFuniak Springs, Florida. Those interested in raising sheep and/or goats as well as experienced producers are encouraged to attend. The workshop will feature guest speakers addressing topics related to reproductive management and marketing strategies/opportunities for small ruminant products. Advanced registration is recommended. RSVP online through Eventbrite or by phone (850) 892-8172, by Monday June 5th. Registration is $15.
