Peanut and cotton growers and allied industry members make plans to attend the 2026 Row Crop Short Course. This year’s addition of the Short Course will be hosted by UF/IFAS Extension, Washington County on Thursday, March 5, 2026. The event, at the Washington County Agricultural Center (1424 Jackson Ave. Chipley, FL), will begin at 7:15 AM Central Standard Time with registration and time for viewing the trade show and visiting with vendors. Starting at 8:00 AM, there will be seven presentations focusing on peanut and cotton production (detailed agenda below). The event will conclude with a sponsored lunch.
The event has been approved for Florida and Georgia pesticide applicator CEUs.
