Generic Poster Session

This year, we are transitioning back to a regular conference setting. All posters will be displayed in the trade show area during the NACAA AM/PIC. Posters are to be in place no later than 5:00 pm on Sunday, July 17th and will remain on display through 3:00 PM Tuesday, July 19th.   Check-in times are from 9:00-11:30 am and 2:00-5:00 pm on the 17th.

Posters will be assigned a number corresponding to a locator number on the display boards. Please check in when you arrive, your number will be provided, and you will be allowed to mount your poster on the board. I encourage you to bring thumbtacks to mount your poster. If travel restrictions do not allow you to arrive by 5 pm Sunday, please let me know as soon as possible by emailing n.simmons@ufl.edu. Also, if you have decided not to join us in West Palm Beach this year and will not be displaying your poster, please let me know as soon as possible. If someone other than you is displaying the poster, please also pass along that information.

There will be a “Meet the Author’s Poster Session” from 10:00 am – 10:30 am during the break on Monday, July 18. National winners and finalists will be formally recognized during the Communications/Professional Excellence awards luncheon to be held on Tuesday, July 19th. (There will not be a Professional Excellence Breakfast for poster authors, as has occurred in the past.)
