There will be a booth with alligators and tropical fish in the tradeshow.

During your time at the 107th NACAA Annual Meeting and Professional Improvement Conference (AMPIC), Exhibit Hall A will be your go-to spot while in the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Exhibit Hall A will house the U.S. Sugar Trade Show, poster sessions, convenient dining options for purchased lunches, and plenty of opportunities to relax, socialize and have some fun.

The Exhibit Hall will be open:

Sunday 7/17 1pm – 6pm
Monday 7/18 9am – 3pm
Tuesday 7/19 9am – 4pm

  • The U.S. Sugar Trade Show will have 47 commercial exhibits. Exhibits will include many partner agencies, organizations and institutions, a wide variety of ag related companies, several technology companies, and even a few live alligators. Given the current labor market and travel costs, every entity represented in the trade show has shown an incredible commitment to work with and support Extension Agents – use this opportunity to build new relationships and learn about new products and services that can benefit you and your clients.
  • There will be 133 posters on display. Take some time to wander through the display – learn about your colleagues’ great work and maybe even find the inspiration for your next award-winning program.
  • In addition to hosting Sunday night’s Welcome to Florida meal, BBQ lunches will be available for sale in the Exhibit Hall on Monday and Tuesday. This will be a quick and convenient lunch option for those who are not attending a ticketed lunch.
  • Keeping pace with the conference schedule can wear anybody out, sometimes you just need to take a few minutes to recharge or sometimes you have some time to kill between sessions – the Exhibit Hall has you covered either way. There is a lounge on the trade show floor, complete with comfy couches and plenty of charging stations for your phone or other electronic devices. There will also an area set aside for good old fashion goofing off and maybe a little friendly competition. Cornhole boards, calf roping dummies, and other games will be available to help you relax and make some new friends.

Dell Mobile Tech Rally

Dell will have a booth in the trade show, but on Monday the Dell Tech Rally Van will be on-site.
