We are all anticipating the highlight of the AM/PIC, the Annual DSA Banquet, on Wednesday, July 20 at 6:00 in the Convention Center Ballroom!  It will be a very special evening and the dinner is going to be delicious.

Libbie Johnson, Florida, was escorted by Larry Morehead, Tennessee, when she received her DSA, at the 2018 AMPIC, in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Our menu for Wednesday is a salad with green and red oak lettuce with mandarin oranges, goat cheese, dried cranberries, watermelon radish, and champagne vinaigrette dressing.  The entree will be braised short ribs with smoked paprika demi glaze, and pickled onion slaw, with Yukon smashed potatoes, baby fennel, yellow squash and baby carrots.  We will complete the meal with a slice of a Florida favorite, Key Lime Pie!

A cash bar will be available outside the banquet hall, for those of you who would like to partake of libations, but not too much.
