For the past three years we have shared YouTube videos on a wide range of farming and agricultural topics. I thought it would be fun to close out 2019 with a clever spoof of the yule log fireplace videos people play around Christmas on their TVs. The Drool Log is a video produced by the “Beef. It’s What’s for Dinner” campaign funded by the Beef Checkoff.The Drool Log video provides two glorious hours of watching a prime rib roast slow cook on a rotisserie spit over a gas grill. This is a fun video to share at your family gatherings, or friends on Facebook. I hope you enjoy sharing this video over the Christmas holidays.
