Friday Feature: Honey & Its Benefits

This week’s featured video, entitled Honey & Its Benefits, was published by University of Georgia Extension.  Keith Fielder, County Extension Coordinator for Putnam County, provides an overview of honey, its uses and properties, interesting facts about how bees produce it, and even how different types of honey are judged.  This 16-minute video is packed with interesting information that beekeepers can use to educate consumers about the product they sell.  This video would also be helpful to beekeepers who are preparing a presentation for community groups or students about honey.
