This week’s featured video is one I created to share something neat that I saw recently. Hurricane Michael devastated farms in Jackson County, but many of the local farms have rebuilt their facilities better than before. One such example is the new headquarters barn at Bishop Farms, near Grand Ridge, Florida. In addition to housing equipment and tools, their new barn will also house their headquarters office, and provide more storage than they have ever had. Craig Bishop also took this opportunity to add something really creative to this wonderful new facility. He contracted with artist Kollet Hardeman, Tallahassee, of Kollet Originals, to have a mural painted on the end nearest the entrance to the farm, which represents the major crops grown on the farm.

It took Kollet more than 60 hours to paint the mural. She created a time lapse video to show how she created it:
