This week’s featured video was produced by Coleen Larson and Lauren Butler, UF/IFAS Okeechobee County Extension, to provide a virtual tour of Larson Dairy, in Okeechobee, Florida. The video was created for 4-H and FFA youth as part of the annual Ona Youth Field Day, that was held virtually this year. Even the though the target audience was youth, these ladies provided an excellent tour of a modern Florida dairy with a detailed explanation of daily operations. Watch the 10-minute video, there is a lot of information in this short video tour.
