The Florida Dairy Farmers published a video earlier this year to share the interesting story of a dairy farm family in Jackson County that has developed a product line to market direct to consumers. The Eade/Austin family own Cindale Dairy and also a creamery that provides dairy products made from the milk produced on their farm. While Southern Craft Creamery is most known for its artisan ice cream, they have recently branched out and started offering bottled cream-line whole milk, chocolate milk, and farm-raised beef at their store in downtown Marianna, Florida. Adding the creamery to their operation allowed the second generation to return to the farm, so now the whole family can work together building a very unique agriculture business.
