The 2022 Farm Dog of the Year was recognized recently at American Farm Bureau Federation’s Convention. A panel of judges reviewed more than 100 nominations to select the 2022 Farm Dog of the Year. Judging criteria included the dog’s helpfulness to the farmer and her family, playfulness and their role in making life better on and off the farm. The winner this year was Fit, a Border Collie owned by Florida Farm Bureau members Cindy and Andrew Deak, of Lake County. Check out the video that shares what makes Fit such a special farm dog.
