This week’s featured video was published by a PBS Show called Reconnecting Roots that features host Gabe McCauley. McAuley and his team produced an episode of Reconnecting Roots focused on agriculture. In the video I chose to share this week, McAuley asked a large crop farmer in Kentucky a serious question, “What Will it Take to Feed the World in the Future?” Joe Nichols, of Seven Springs Farm, Cadiz, Kentucky, shared his thoughts on this challenging question in this short video, which was only a short portion of the total episode that aired on PBS.
