This week’s featured video was published as part of an Alabama Extension Series to train 4-H members for livestock judging.  However, this video provides a really nice visual overview for people interested in producing freezer beef.  Whether you raise cattle for your family or to sell, knowing how to visually evaluate cattle muscling and finish (fat cover) are important skills.  This short video shows you where on the animal to evaluate muscling and finish, so that you produce a quality product.
