We did not publish an issue of Panhandle Ag e-News last week, because so many of our team were serving at the Sunbelt Ag Expo, in Moultrie, Georgia .  We had a great time talking with thousands of people about UF/IFAS and what it means to the people of our state.  However, I missed the opportunity to share the perfect video for Gator homecoming week, so I will share it with you this week after the victory.

This week’s featured video was published by Saturday Down South to share the highlights of life as a Gator Fan in Gainesville, Florida.  The University of Florida is the “Land Grant” school in Florida, so numerous people working in the agriculture industry spent some portion of their youth on campus leaning about farming and food in this unique climate.  We also enjoyed taking a break from classes to root for the Gators on Saturdays.  Watch this short video to see what people said they love about Gainesville.  You might also want to check out the articles they also posted on their website: What makes Game Day at The Swamp a destination for every college football fan and 10 things you must do when visiting Gainesville.
