UF/IFAS Extension Gadsden County is hosting, in coordination with FAMU Extension, a small ruminant seminar on November 4th from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The seminar will be held at the North Florida Research and Education Center, in Quincy, FL. This seminar will focus on how small ruminant producers can develop direct-to-consumer marketing strategies for their small ruminant meat and dairy products. The seminar will focus on how you set up direct-to-consumer marketing, Florida regulations under FDACS for small ruminant products, outlets and opportunities to market products, and more.
The event registration fee is $35 and includes the cost of the Florida Direct Marketing Handbook from UF/IFAS Extension for each participant.
