The 2025 Wiregrass Cotton Expo will be next Thursday (January 23) in Dothan at the National Peanut Festival Fairgrounds (5622 HWY 231 South Dothan, AL 36301).
This free program is open to the public and includes a vendor trade show which opens at 8:00 AM CST, production ag talks, and a sponsored lunch at 12:00 PM CST.
Topics to be discussed include crop genetics, precision planting, drones and the climate outlook. Program speakers are Dr. Simer Virk (Auburn University), David Zierden (Florida State University), and Jon Devine (Cotton Incorporated).
