This week’s featured video was published by the Cattlemen’s Beef Board as part of their BEEF It’s What’s for Dinner campaign. The have a whole new series information and of short videos called United We Steak. The video I chose to share is called “Get Grillin’ America” with the tag line: “Beef It’s What’s for Dinner, and Dinner will always bring us together.”
If you visit the United We Steak website, you will find a U.S. map made with pieces of steak shaped like each state that links to a beef recipe and short description of a ranch family from each state. Florida’s link features a recipe for Citrus-Marinated Beef Top Sirloin & Fruit Kabobs as well as a spotlight article about Beaver Yoder and family, from Calhoun County .
