Friday Feature: Santa Rosa’s Brandt & Samantha Hendricks Honored with 2024 Achievement in Agriculture Award

Santa Rosa Farm Bureau members, Brandt & Samantha Hendricks were recognized as Florida Farm Bureau’s Young Farmer and Rancher Achievement in Agriculture Winners at the recent state conference. According to Florida Farm Bureau, “Brandt and Samantha Hendricks are third generation farmers of Hendricks & Son Farms. They grow cotton, peanuts and hay and raise direct-to-consumer beef cattle. The couple served on the YF&R State Leadership Group and are active Farm Bureau members in Santa Rosa County. The couple received a $45,000 cash prize, courtesy of Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Companies.”  Watch the video to hear this couple share their farm family story.

If you missed last week’s featured video, Jerry Davis, also from Santa Rosa County, was also honored for Distinguished Service to Farm Bureau at the state conference.
