Farm City Week has been celebrated in Jackson County, Florida for the past 52 years. This year’s planned activities kicked off at the Malone Pecan Festival that was held on Saturday, November 15, 2025. The festival starts with a parade through downtown Malone. New this year, a Tractorcade was added with local antique tractor enthusiasts joining the parade. The term Tractorcade is generally associated with farmer protests of government policy in the 1970s, but this time the gathering was just for fun.  Watch the video to see highlights of the antique tractor parade on Highway 71, right through the heart of downtown Malone, Florida.  After the parade, the antique tractors were parked together for a show, so festival visitors could see these immaculately preserved tractors up close and talk with the farmers who owned them.

Anthony Saffold organized the Tractorcade part of the Pecan Festival parade in 2025.  If you are interested in participating in November 2026, you can contact Anthony at 850-693-5165.  The Malone Pecan Festival planning committee has not met yet following the event to discuss future plans, but Anthony felt fairly certain that a Tractorcade would be part of the parade again next year.
