This week’s featured video was produced by a member of the Panhandle Ag Extension Team. Matt Lollar, Horticulture Agent, Jackson County Extension, developed this video to show how those small cucumbers, that are so popular as pickles, are grown and harvested. The farm in Jackson County that grew these cucumber pickles had a contract with Vlasic Pickles. So, the next time you eat some Vlasic Pickles, just remember, they could have been grown right here in the Panhandle.
