Sessions include technical field demonstrations of latest spray drone models and live swath testing; regulatory updates from FAA, EPA, state Department of Ag, chemical registrants/Crop Life America, and global spray drone task force; 6 hours of presentations from renowned researchers, equipment manufactures and experienced drone operators; 6 hours of panel discussion and Q&A focusing on regulatory compliance, business operation, fleet management, liability, marketing, and multiple aspects of spray drone field operation with government agency representatives, industry experts and experienced operators in the US. A technical session focusing on operator training and drone repair is also being planned. The final agenda will be available in early January.
Registration fee: $350 in-person, $200 remote (access to presentations only) by using the online registration link. Panel discussion and field demos will not be available for remote registration). In-person registration will include 2 continental breakfasts, 2 lunches, morning coffee and pastry, a boxed breakfast before field demo, and 4 complimentary drink tickets for welcome and farewell receptions. In-person attendance is limited to 300 people due to hotel capacity. No registration limit for remote option.After January 31st, 2024, registration fee will increase to $450 in person, $250 remote.
