North Florida citrus growers are invited to attend the 2024 Cold Hardy Citrus Workshop, hosted by UF/IFAS Extension Taylor County, on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. This educational program will be held at the Taylor County Extension Office – 203 Forest Park Road, Perry, Florida. The event will begin with check in and vendor displays at 8:30 AM Eastern Time, with the program starting at 9:00 AM.
Professionals and UF/IFAS Specialist will share new varieties, establishment and management practices, as well as marketing & pricing strategies. Additionally, the Citrus Association will provide an industry update. There will also be citrus industry vendors, a Florida Depart of Agriculture (FDACS) representative, and time to visit with other producers to provide you with latest tools and resources available. A panel of specialists will be available for Q & A’s, so bring your questions! Pesticide CEU’s will be provided to restricted licensed applicators.
