Thomas is the Sea Grant Extension Agent for Santa Rosa County, Florida. He has been a part of UF/IFAS Extension since 2023. Thomas has a B.S. in Marine Biology from UWF and an M.S. in Aquaculture & Fisheries from Auburn. His areas of expertise include aquaculture, water quality, and fisheries.
